Refund Policy

In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at vikingsgate.com, you could do so within 24 hrs of the orders placed. The cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started and teams are assigned.

Vikings gate strives to deliver the highest quality products for our clients. If you at any time in a development are not satisfied, you can ask for the refund. In this case any client who is not satisfied with our services we can provide a refund with in 30 days from the date of first installment.

The refund will be made after deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us.

we require 50% down payment to start, if the project is kicked off and multiple concepts were created by illustration models or live on an actual server we will get 25% of the total agreed-upon amount, in this case you will get 25% of the total agreed-upon amount.

Web Hosting

We use AWS infrastructure as the default backbone of our hosting services, Web hosting amount paid by the client on an yearly contract can’t be refunded since the payment is made to the 3rd party hosting provider in advance by Vikings Gate and the server is configured as per the needs of the client. Monthly / Quarterly contracts can be cancelled by informing us at least one month in advance before the renewal date. Once the account is renewed, client will have to pay for the renewed duration. No refund will be made for the remaining period of hosting contact if cancellation request is made after entering the contract period.

Support Refunds

if you opted for one of our support or builder packages, and whish to cancel anytime, you can notify us at least 7 days before the start of the new month, and our system will remove your arrangements and don’t charge you for upcoming support services. Of course you can resume the services again anytime you want.

Web & Mobile Apps

We require at least 10% of the total amount to start the project and assign teams, if you wish to cancel the agreement for any reason and concepts and structures were built and shared live on the web on an actual server, you will get 5% refund.
